Smile World Designs

Just bought some kits and case work from Matthew at http://www.world-designs.co.uk/
Process was quick and simple even though my needs were not straightforward.
Matthew was very pleasant and took time in my initial phonecall to really get to grips with what was needed. After this, a few quick emails and everything was sorted and shipped on the same day as payment was made. The shipping was by a fast and insured service and arrived by next working day. Packing of the items was way beyond stellar, the best I have ever seen. The mind boggles at how it all fitted in the box. Everything was present and correct, with no missing items either, so more plaudits to Matthew.

In my experience, customer service like this is a rarity nowadays. Hats off to Matthew for the truly 5* service.

I am very impressed by the whole process Bob. I can't count the number of times that a sale or order goes south due to poor product knowledge or unwittingly poor service.

Absolutely the opposite with Matthew and WD.
Spot on from start to finish. Exemplary service and product knowledge.
Followed by super fast dispatch and tracked delivery.
Can't ask for more.
