Default decouple driver stage HT supply from output stage?

Hello,
Is it worth to brand out HT to a valve voltage regulation section before hitting the driver stage? I have schematics (with 6080, 0D3, etc) from RCA and GE older valve data manual, but mainly for < 300v regulation. Has anyone decoupled the driver stage from output stage B+?
Thank you
Bouncy.

Sometimes it's better to do so.
