What's happened to Private Messaging?
Am I going mad? What's happened to the PM facility? I wanted to consult my stored messages but can't find them. I also wanted to send a message to Dave Cawley but can't find a way to do it. Am I missing something?

Re: What's happened to Private Messaging?
PM function is AWOL - so your sanity may be intact
The 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page has been disabled by the administrator. I presume therefore the absence of PM functionality is not an operational glitch but a management decision. I guess Dave will still be contactable via his business addresses - sales@soundhifi.com information@timestep.com

I hope Dave Cawley will be informing us whether this is a temp glitch rather than the facility being withdrawn.

Re: What's happened to Private Messaging?
I think a week's notice by sticky would be reasonable so that those who have messages they wish to retain permanently have the opportunity to save them to their own systems.
How's about it, Dave?

Re: What's happened to Private Messaging?
I have talked with Matthew via PM about my concerns re recent happenings, and he gave me his phone number if I wanted to discuss things.
Fortunately, I still have the copy sent to my e-mail address with the phone number. I think Dave has gone one LARGE step too far this time.
