Default Bloody cold

How cold was it last night where you are? I recorded almost -14c and a friend in bedford told me -17c. even our small brook froze over, brrrrrrrrr.

Well just about to take the dog out and it’s a bit damp but vary mild up here tonight and it’s not raining so won’t get wet this time

-5C at tea time last night but it's melting now forecast for 5C today and a balmy 8C all next week roll on

Hm that's odd. I was in Bedford yesterday - still am ;-) We didn't have the heating on through the night and I woke up thinking that it had been a warmer night that most of the previous. I've been out feeding the birds this morning though - they look downhearted and disheveled.

Brass monkey's at the start of the week but then not too bad, 6C at the moment. This time last year was well into minus figures.
