Unfortunately, P&P is not explicitly stated up-front; neither is the fact that the prices are listed ex-VAT. However, at the time of writing, P&P is a minimum of £3, or 10% of order value up to a maximum of £10.
I recently ordered some polystyrene caps from them at a very attractive price and the transaction was easy and delivery swift. Recommended.
