Hi all, I have checked with the club and both rooms are available sat 11th nov, and sat 18th november, the big room is in use on the evening of the 18th

the 18th is also getting close to christmas

i would prefer to go with the 11th if this is ok with the majority that want to attend.. please post your prefences,

the catering is up in the air at the moment at the club, so i can't quote food prices but the day should come in at around a tenner each, to include tea breaks etc ..

we will share the costs on the day.. so it will depend on how many come.

so is the 11th ok or is the 18th better?
