Hi Richard, the price of the steel cut with a water jet, very nice finish, is £ 27.00 each, not bad at all, the two front side corners can be cut with the water cutter, for the top edges I only have a 5/16" cutter, I think this is what I used on my bases, this will give 5/8" dia, so not quite as big as you want, a 12mm cutter is only £120.00 ,so, is this any good to you. I had a chat with my last forman in Corby to see if he would lend me a 12mm or 1/2" corner rouding cutter, but they do not have one. BOB
