Default Toroidal Transformer TOR300

Hi,

I have a KAT88 kit i put together around 2001. Used it for many years and really enjoyed it. Short version of the story is the two of the KT88's blew in a ball of plasma and damaged the PCB as well. Amp was put away for a couple of years. Last year purchased two new KT88's and repaired the PCB damage. The amp ran for a couple of months then blew again. This time the toroidal transformer blew. In investigation discovered I had replaced the mains fuse with a bit of tinfoil as a temporary measure a few years ago and completely forgot about it. This means the transformer is totally shot.

On investigation it seems the TOR300 is no longer available. Would anyone know-

1. Where I could a replacement TOR300
2. is there an alternative to the TOR300 (Is there a Laminated core transformer that has the same input and output specs, I see that the new WD designs have the mains transformers sitting on top of the chassis)?

The specs for the TOR300 are as follows-

Gold Seal
PRI:0V:BLUE
120V:GREY
0V:VIOLET
120V:BROWN

TOR300
SEC1:0V:GREY
3.15V:YELLOW
SEC2:0V:WHITE
27V:ORANGE
SEC3:0V:BLACK
195V:RED

Primary - 115V - 0V - 115V
Secondary: 3.15V - 0V - 3.15V
195V - 0V - 195V
0V - 27V

You never know, I might even invest in a new fuse if I get my hands on a replacement of TOR300!

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Regards,

Tristan
