Hi,
Yes on a tag board construction I would agree but (and I'm not meaning to be contrary) after a good look around and meter for anything obvious, I'd change all the capacitors in one go. They cost little, are 20 years old, and the pcb will need to come out so it doesn't make sense to change parts one at a time imho. Whilst the pcb is out have a good check and re-make any suspicious joints or discoloured resistors, remove to meter any that look bad and hope you've hit the problem when it goes back in. If not you'l have eliminated the most likely components and done a job that needs doing at this age anyway. Attached is a pic and parts list from the old website.
