Hi All

Troy at Edicron is very helpfull, I had a word with him on monday about the re-issue Tungsol valves and he said that he would ship some in if there was suffient interest, and he would give us a price on the KT66, 6550,5881.12AX7s valves.

What type are you looking for Rob KT66 6550, 5881s

I assume the more orders we get the better, I will get a matched quad set myself all we have to do is register our intrest and Troy will give us a price if we agree he will get them shipped over with his other Russian stock.

Hmm...very tempting. Need to think what I could use as EL34 replacements...KT66s...think the 5881 are drops in replacements....maybe even the 6550s.....need to do some investigation.
Will let you know....have you a timescale on this?

Gerry

Hi Gerry

There is know time scale, the reflektor factory has been acquired by the Sensor corporation of America and they hold the Tungsol tradmark and are having these valves made there from original spec, from what I can gather they are very good.
