Can anybody suggest how I might prevent the clearing of cookies when I log out. I can't seem to find the setting so every time I login I have to enter all the details again. It also seems to clear my login details for another forum which I use regularly.

The first thing to check is that you have the Remember Me? box checked when you enter your login name and password. If this is checked then the cookie will retain your details providing that you just close the browser window when leaving the BB and don't click 'Log Out'.
