Site access problems
Hi-i know that a couple of members are having trouble with posting (black stuart for one-now Deep South)
i experience problems 2-3 times a day when i refresh the page and loose the connection to the site.sometimes i can get connected again straight away and other times it takes longer (5-10 mins).this has been happening for several months and i am on broadband.it happens with internet explorer and mozilla. is it just me or are their others ? Philip

Re: Site access problems
Same prob here but it can often be a half hour or more for me.
Happened this morning took 3/4 hr to get back on this site. All other internet access was fine during that time. |

Re: Site access problems
Me too.
This site takes longer to load than any other. If my kids are online at the same time on the network, i've got no chance. |

Re: Site access problems
I agree, this site is less reliable than any other I know.
I still use dial-up, and can live with the frequent 'unavailable' messages, but the time it takes to load the last third of a page (all that Java 'ajax' stuff) is laughable compared to the 'it wasn't broke' version of the BB software that WAD used to use. |

Re: Site access problems
I don't have problems getting into the site but I do have problems with pages rendering fully first time, I have to keep on refreshing,
it only happens on this forum, is it a problem with version 3.5.3
