Chap sitting next to baseball cap is Dave the Bass, chap at back left next to the fuzzy one is Paul B. That's Nick G with the white hair and beard towards the back left.

That's all I know.

Chap next to Nick G holding the valve is Steve Shiels.
To the left of Steve is Tony Moore.
Extreme right next to Paul is Andrew Ivimey.
To the right of Nick holding the glass is Simon 2A3.
In the centre behind Philip (baseball cap) is Gerry I think.
Seated at the front with arms folded is the other Andrew.

Aplogies to anybody I've got wrong but I'm pretty sure I've identified those I know correctly.
