Phil, I wouldn't have said you were old enough to be considered a classic.

Its a shame I didn't pick up on this sooner. My manager was in Libya for over 3 weeks, it was supposed to be a 1 week trip. The contractors we used made a load of mistakes which he uncovered while out there. Then spent all of his time sorting it.

He was somewhere out in the desert, possible he could of taken a day out to go and see if he wasn't too far away. He wasn't happy when he came back but he had a loverly tan.

Hope the team do better next time, always a bummer to loose out due to mechanical failure. Sounds like there's some parallels to my turntable sagas.
