Thanks for the suggestions Guys...

...This may be a silly question but...

...With the screw terminal capacitors (Mundorf M-Tube) how tight are you ment to tighten? i ask this as i have tightened them around the soldering tags supplied but the tags are still loose but it feels like the screw cant be tightened anymore...am i just being to worried and does alot more force need to be applied?

yes its a washer with a little bit that comes out to solder onto...maybe i just need to put 2 instead of one so that it makes contact?
