I've just looked at Richer Sounds - Yes, it took that long. sorry.
This thread IS about a Sony jobbie so I should shut up but why Ian did you entitle it Pioneer dv575? This title is totally irrelevant. This Sony does not do DVD Audio or SACD.

It was so titled because that was about a dvd that is really good, so its indirectly linked.
Its out there Andrew, shouldn't be hard to find one. loads in tesco and the usual places. £40
