Phono 3s XL testing

Hi All,
Ok, the first thing I have noticed is that GDL on the relay board does not have a reading on my mm, whereas the other (GDR) almost falls to 0, as it should. The soldering is as it should be, so what does this mean?
Also, I'm not familiar with the roundel. What is this, as this is another testing point?
