Good for you Bob. That's very sensible, exercising your knee. All too often I hear stories of people who don't do this, expecting a 'drop in replacement...' By doing this, you'll be able to reap the rewards in a new found fitness (I'm sure) next summer. Keep at it.

Ah, we had close to 30 c here last week 26 c today, lovely thunder storms last weekend, I like sitting in my greenhouse at night watching the lighting, not all by myself, I have a glass of beer with me BOB

Yep last week walking the dog I heard a little thunder and seen two lightning strikes that was it up here so far
