Exclamation WAD Kit 6550 hum

Can someone help me finding some replacements for a 6550 kit.
I need to get new transformers

Hi JPPGWAD,

Check the transformers for any numbers or maker.
There is a thread here with some info but there may have been different suppliers or a change of design during the supply of the kits,

If yours are Morite the manufacturing has now passed to Amethyst, http://www.amethyst-designs.co.uk/morite/

As John says, are you sure you need transformers? Your thread says hum and if the amp works otherwise (plays music both channels) we'd be looking at old components particularly the larger electrolytic capacitors which probably all need changing by now.
