If the post times or the last visited time are not displaying correctly,

check and adjust your computer time,

and check and adjust the forum settings in User CP (Control Panel),

>User CP
>Settings and Options
>Edit Options
>Date and Time Options
>Time Zone and Daylight Saving

I deleted just WD's cache and cookie settings. All seems well now.

Interesting. I just checked my Edge and Firefox settings and they're both set to clear everything, inc cache and cookies etc on close, so I don't think the forum needs cookies to retain your user settings.

Just thinking further, are you running Safari on Windows or Mac? Maybe worth trying a different browser or, I suppose, leave well alone if it seems to have sorted itself out

Yes, not really a 'problem'- just interesting.

FYI: Safari on an iMac. All was well with Safari on an Apple laptop which led me to thinking about deleting the cache etc.
