I broke my Stax ear speakers last week , yesterday I had a listen to a new set, the 009s and the 007mk II Omega, bloody hell they are fantastic, and to be honest I like the sound of the cheaper 007 Omega over the 009s, but even the 007 is just over £2000.00, hell, it's only money. Bob

And the 009s are almost £5000, plus you need an energizer, I have lived with a Stax system for 20 years or more and all other head phones are poor in comparison. Bob
