Hi All
Just to let you all know I’m still here yes doing my home Arm exercises’ getting my elbow moving again as my first physiotherapy starts on the 2nd o march I am not looking forward to this at all Funny though my arm works well at kitchen top levels making a coffee But I can’t bend my arm up far enough to drink it but getting there and the good news is I can use the soldering iron again. Good to hear from you Colin, if the coffee is too much to lift to your mouth, try a small glass with you know what in it I should imagine that you have a torn cartaledge ( is that spelling correct ) so it will take some time to get full movement back, keep trying and good luck. Bob

Hi Colin,
Good. to hear you are on the mend, it takes some time to get everything back in working order. I know physio is going to be difficult but if you get your arm use back it is all worth it! I b****y hate getting old! Can't do things, forbidden to climb on the roof, walking getting difficult and so on ad infinitum - at least I am alive John |
