Login problem end of last week

Anyone tech-minded out there?

Did anyone else have problems logging on over two or three days at the end of last week?

I was asked whether I was a computer and faced with this impenetrable Captcha which took twenty-plus attempts to get through, and the same the next day, now back to normal, logging straight back in using exactly the same shortcut as always.
I am concerned to know whether this was just a change with the website, or whether my computer was either malfunctioning or causing my IP address to be logged as a source of some malicious behaviour.

This coincided with other small oddities which I would have forgotten individually, like BBC iPlayer asking who I was.

Thanks both. Have taken it in to the local computer shop for thorough check as had also been experiencing other odd behaviours.

Hi Alastair, No problems here either and we've made no changes to the bb afaik. Sometimes the whole site is not available to me (an isp/Virgin issue) but no individual log-in problems.
