Acorn-looks like the 585 is discontinued as well !

where did you get yours and how much ?

i may be able to get a new 575 for £70 + 10 p/p but waiting for a decision
(E-bay buy it now offer !)

Hi-my £70 offer was beaten by £5 !

to think some stores were unloading them at £40 some time ago.

will keep looking.

I bought it locally £100 notes, I surppose Pioneer will bring a 595 out soon has any one got any idea about there new models.

Hi Paul-thanks for that,i will watch its progress.
i find that you have to be careful when searching for things on e-bay because as an example,if i search for pioneer 575 it wont bring up,say,575A or -575A so sometimes i miss items.
same with preamp,pre-amp or pre amp.

Yes, best not to be too specific when searching. Try just Pioneer or DVD575. The suffix A only relates to the colour, ie. DVD575A aluminium or DVD575B black.
