Superb service.

I e-mailed them with a list of parts and asked for a quote including AirMail and PayPal charges.
Within five hours I had a .pdf invoice, which included a surprise (to me) 15% 'Sale' discount.
I paid that evening, and five working days later received a 'Goods Shipped' e-mail.
The goods arrived three days later.

It should be said that I shopped around before I placed my order, and PCX were clearly cheaper on every item (even before the sale discount) than the HK and USA competitors. They are obviously far, far cheaper than our local suppliers.

Hi Matt,

That's useful info. What an excellent delivery time from the States. I'll certainly try PC next time.

Best wishes,

Greg

Thumbs up

Greg,

They are Canadian, but price in US$. They charge 2% for PayPal which is reasonable as PayPal will be charging them about 3% plus 30 cents!

I suspect that the 'goods sent' e-mail may have been sent a few days after the fact.

One thing to watch, my PayPal instructions were to pay 'individual@pcx' rather than 'sales@pcx' which concerned me slightly - but it is nothing to worry about.

I don't bother with the states anymore,
