Hi, just ordered this from Ebay, thanks for the tip, £27 inc postage.

It's going in my 6000ose as a start. I like the on board regulation.

It's a bit like any other cap. You get both good reports and people slagging them off.
They do seem to crop up in some commercial stuff these days. Don't know if that's a recommendation or not really.

Hi I know philip but he's done some research and all we have to go on are other peoples opinions/findings otherwise we'd be soldering capacitors until the cows come home and I've seen what too much soldering does to a Marantz pcb, (or that could've been me).

Anyway could I possibly beg some more help.
Here's the audio section of the Marantz, I previously have put Black gates at
2219 through 2226.
And larger silmics at
2213
2214
Could you please tell me which of the black gate positions are signal and are there any more positions in the signal path.
Black Gates are in short supply so I want to maximise them.

cheers

Hi, I've been recommended to change the two op-amps 2114d for LM4562NA.
Looked at this and it looks like a serious audio chip.
Could be a general cd player mod.

Hi Richard
as I've just ordered the same clock, different frequency, could you let me know the best way to power it separately from the cd board supply, cheers
