This Mullard E88CC might be worth trying out, but he is selling untested, he wanted to put his multimeter to it. lol.

Okay,
That logo is Japanese 'National'. So likely Japanese made and should be fine.
As will the Mullard one.

Well he could test the heaters for continuity.
