So Peters carriage charge is very reasonable.

I think people forget just how much it costs to travel these days,
I had a customer last week request that he collects a double plinth from me to save on delivery costs.
The P&P in this case was £45.00 for a 25Kg parcel.

When I pointed out that the round trip was 600 miles and would take around 10Hrs he suddenly changed his mind !!!

Amongst other things, fuel costs have greatly escalated courier rates over the last year and it's getting hard to relay this to customers. It effects everything we buy, no matter what it is as it has traveled from somewhere.

Don't forget the other valuable commodity, your time..

LMAO at DTB....

It sounds like a great idea Peter. However, I think the poll needs another option:- It's a great idea, but, I am swithering (undecided/unsure/might or might not use your excellent service)............Might give you valuable marketing targets......

Also agree about a small admin fee £5 - £8 for your trouble.....

This is an great idea, especially as many potential customers will be paranoid that valves might not be for them.
Also they might be put off from travelling to see your product, apart from cost many may simply not have the time.

They will be able to see the excellent build quality for themselves too.

Peter.

Perhaps some of the current owners thoughout the UK would agree to demonstrate the products by arrangement. This would make the job of getting a demo a bit easier.
I'd be happy to volunteer if you want to send me a demo amp.
