Just saying Thank You in the real "English Dialect"
Will be sorting the 12v psu out for the Richard Brice HP Amp when I have the PreCF up and running.
Just got the caps for the wd psu and no 16v caps so will use the 63v of same uf value to save re-ordering. My fault got the order mixed up ordered 2 lots of 63v instead of 1 of 16v and 1 of 63v
Take it the bypass cap (in CF Pre 2 string) on the uprated zener is a .1uf film/ceramic type
BTW can use the original PSU 2 config with one small circuit change and the fixed reg (uprated) will fit straight in, the legs are in the correct mode on the Pre3 v3 board
I'll post some pix when I get it all sorted.
