One thing I would suggest that you do David, is to fit the AUX and TAPE sockets, and configure the selector switch appropriately, it will then be complete and more apealing. If you need help on this, just ask. BOB

Hi Richard/Bob,

The KEL84 has now been run for many hours over the last few of days and has behaved perfectly each time it`s been switched on with no indication of the buyers claimed performance.

I guess this Ebay transaction was one to just put down to experience and move on - maybe you have a point Bob with your perceptive (and amusing) description of the buyer .

Taking the advice offered, I`ll post the KEL84 in the for sale section here on the forum in the next week or so and hopefully someone who can appreciate its obvious qualities will buy it and be very happy. If I have the time I may fit the extra inputs and reconfigure the selector switch, as recommended.
