they told me, they say all their Incognito kits are Cardas as well,
they're are quite reputable people they run the Hifi News Club amongst other things,

Cardas 33 ga is available from Michael Percy at $1.50 per foot.
Obviously this is not the equal of a Litz variety but it is good cable. Easy enough to work with once you learn that the insulation retreats from your soldering iron I bought 3 feet of each colour and some catridge tags for a very small carriage cost. Mark |

Would there be any milage in perhaps using the "knife" wire connectors used by BT to connect up your phones?
The only objections I can think of are that the wire size these are designed for are larger than the phono wires, and they only support solid cores; not stranded. Just an idea! FoxJT. |

I fear a Krone connection block in the headshell of your pickup arm might increase the effective mass beyond reasonable limits
Seriously, for the kind of voltages from a cartridge, an IDC connector must be an oxidative disaster area! mark |
