It’s brilliant. Very quiet as it’s not on a regular caravan park and on the edge of the Wyre Forest. I’m looking forward to April 12th so we can go again. I just hope it’s survived the winter weather, we haven’t been able to check it in months.

Chris.

Hi All

Having always used either the Sennheiser or Beyerdynamic ranges over the years my choices are a bit limited.
The Sennheiser HD800s headphones are above my price range for now. so looking at around the £250/400 mark So still looking at the Sennheiser or Beyerdynamic ranges and in the impedances ‘range of 300/600R types

Read their website. They don’t write it either.

Could they be rigged up to give stereo? or is there a risk of the twine being tangled up. The old cans were made from lead..a very dull sound.

Chris.

Nothing but audiophile grade twine, I hope, unidirectionally braided and cyo-treated too. Did you find they benefitted from 20 hours of burning-in?

I see a whole new market to exploit here.

Hi Martin,
Language police here or has Bob been teaching you naughty things again ?
What do you teach twine ? Not to tangle?
If you teach something it is taught.
If you tighten something it gets taut.

Heinz make soup and beans and Heinz was also a blonde haired German singer a few years back (50 or so ? )

Please feel free to tell me to sod off. I miss teaching.
Happy Easter.
Chris
