Not too bad, about ten minutes, which is all I could spare. Use the lasso tool to select the areas to be changed to white, then Invert the colours. You end up with highlight reflections changed to black, of course, so use the Dodge tool to lighten them and any other areas that need lightening to white.

If I had had more time I would have deselected the holes so they would have stayed black shadows and made a neater job of selecting around the valves and so forth, but I guessed Shane only wanted a mock-up to get the idea.

No, as we can't do a one-off colour production run, but the standard finish is black heat treated powder coat and should take a spray colour quite easily.
