Yes, that's what I use. But I also then put them inside a new white paper inner. These I get from a company called covers33 on the internet. So we have clean vinyl - anti-static plastic - paper - cardboard outer sleeve. I have not yet gone down the PVC bag to protect the outer sleeve route!:p

Sometimes its not obvious if the change in fluid colour is due to dirt or the colour disolving from the record labels! It can be a particular problem with some 60's labels such as orange CBS which lose their colour easily from exposure to isopropyl.
