Absolutely that is exactly what I am going to do, I'm trying the 10K pot in a box. I've already ordered one. Alongside that however I am trying to understand the numbers and the interactions, as impedance is something that I have struggled with in terms of its impact on connected bits of kit. If I listen and it sounds great, that's fantastic, but I am hoping to learn something along the way and firm up my understanding.
