There was a link to Mute records in a recent posting, this caused me to buy a Goldfrapp LP direct from them (their label). Definately worth doing, I've also been sent a promo CD and two close to LP sized high quality Goldfrapp ads. I'll buy direct from Mute whenever I can

Hi Rob, I'm guilty of not providing enough info

The promo (mini) CD is for Erasure, not Goldfrapp.

On a serious note I would like to say thank you to Richard for devoting his time free of charge to helping keep some order. I might make a few curt comments mostly in humour not always understood, but I do really apreciate Richard and all he does for us here and on WAD forum. Richard knows I'm sincere on this it's not tongue in cheek we are friends.

I'll third that. His recent criticism of some of my posts does not effect my view on this particular point. Richard has been my tutor in the past to get my builds working correctly, has provided me with a significantly good and easy to understand and implement upgrade path for my KaT88 amp, and has been a great source of knowledge and understanding that I've witnessed benifit many other DIYers. He's helped me with other stuff as well.

Thank-you Richard for this and also for your voluntary moderation at WAD and here also.

Best wishes,

Greg

Well im listening to a band called 'dogs' and the album is called 'Turn against this land'

A london 5 piece, rather punky, with vocals a bit like Ian Dury.

Think you can have a listen on there web site.

I'm listening to Danny Bryant's Redeyeband,The best up-and-coming blues-rock guitarist this country as seen in a long time.Samples of songs on his new cd (and his previous releases) can be heard here:

Give him a listen, you never know, you might even like it

Better still,see him live!!!

Regards

Martin
