Looks good-coming along nicely. Seems a lot bigger than the original.
I take it that's ally sheet-not stainless steel! You would be keen working with that

As a comparison,the Mullard 5-20 monoblocks from the original drawings were 15" X 9.5" each.

Have you checked you've wired the mains plug correctly?

Ooh no, just plain aluminium! Size is 16" wide, 12.5" deep and 3" high. Very closely based on a WAD prototype chassis that I've got my Aurora in.

Just a couple more piccies today, I'll try to add them this evening.

Ah, yes, hamsters inside and pies on top? Yes, I reckon a couple of large hamsters should be enough, or maybe just one energetic one if you give him a wheel. Or maybe a dozen mice would have the same exothermic heating effect... or possibly one medium size cat if it had short hair could raise the temp of a typical pub pie by the needed 3 degrees above ambient...
