Default Unique S/E Mosfet amp

Has anyone ever built the "unique" 15W single ended mosfet amp that featured in the Feb 96 supplement (no 20) ?

I was reading it in bed last night (sad eh !! ) and would like an independent view on what it sounded like.

sorry i've not built it but i remember reading the article, the transformer must be designed to withstand a few amps standing current?
i'd be really interested to hear from anyone who built one?

on a similar note, i'm about 60% through building a nelson pass 'PLH' mosfet class A 10w design.
