Default Russ Andrews 'Yello' mains cable - bulk order?

I got a RA catalogue through the post today. He's advertising 50% off his yello mains cable - down to £15 for 1m. But there's £4 p&p. Thought it might be worth a try, and if anyone wants to join in the order. I'll send on at no cost thanks to my employer!

Sale ends 24 July

Adrian

At that price they might be worth a try....any one ever tried them?
Is there a limit on the number you can order Adrian?

Regards

Hello

I was about to buy a couple, so would be interested.
I bought two the last time they did this offer and was a bit sceptical about what improvements they would make, but yes they made a significant difference to my system.
I'm not totally convinced by the Kimber RF weave stuff, but the connectors are a far tighter fit than any others I've used and I put improvemnts largely down to that.
How would we pay you?

Cheers

Richard

RA closed on week-ends, but the web-site seems to allow me to buy any amount.

Richard - cheques to me in the post would be fine, before or after receipt of goods as you wish.

Hi

I take it that would be £30 for two 1M Yellows, could you send me your address via e-mail or private message.

Thanks

Richard

You're all deluded. Have you not yet seen through the RA thing? You could make far better for three and sixpence with some mains cable or a simple cable weave of your own choice. Do it if you want to, but be sure you will be throwing money down the drain.

Best wishes,

Greg

Can't really comment on RA. But i've made several homebrew mains cables to date and failed to hear any obvious difference at all. Perhaps we have a good mains supply here in Chester, or maybe i've got cloth ears and am just annoyingly indecisive.
