The Les Paul program was fascinating.

The guitar heroes thing was also very, very good.

The thing I found most fascinating about Les Paul is that, apart from being one hell of a musician and guitarist, just how large a contribution he made in developing the recording techniques we all hear today.

I'm not suggesting that they would not have been developed eventually, but he was certainly a major catalyst in things such as multitracking and sound on sound techniques.

And hearing some of the stuff he recorded with Mary Ford was fantastic !
