Behind the panel of Paul's OB's. His own hand wound inductor. It must have taken ages. As ever, constructed at Eggfest infront of the audience

There were a few flaws,

James told me to put a bottom on, to seal it and gave me dimensions. All of which excellent advise was completely ignored.

The inductor is 2.5mm diameter enamelled copper wire air cored a little over 4 milliHenry. Pain in the rear to make.

You can't blame Paul for the carpet, that was at Eggfest!
Despite a "few flaws", i liked these speakers.
When you can throw a few bits of wood together, and end up with a decent sound, it puts things into perspective.
All in the true spirit of DIY and a good basis for further development.
I approve.

Al has summed this up nicely. I was also impressed.

Best wishes,
