phono II (advice on fitting step-ups)

Hi

I managed to pickup a set of WAD step-ups for my phono-II recently ...
Can anyone give me some advice on wiring them up
I have managed to fit them into the case OK but am really unsure how to get them working

Any advice , pics of them wired up , etc appreciated
