Hello Bob. Well Prestonchipfryer is actually real chips as in a Fish and Chip shop that I was running up to a couple of years ago. It was in Preston, a part of Weymouth on the outskirts. As I was cooking chips (and fish, pies etc.) just thought it was a good moniker. My interest in this forum is 1. Because I have been dealing with Dave Cawley in Dartmouth, buying a few things from him and 2. I may be looking to have at go at building a pre-amp/amp at some stage in the future and this seems the place to gain a lot of knowledge.
