No reply from Banzai music in Germany

Hi All
Just copied this over from my post on the RH2702 50K pot. To save me typing it again
As you will have read I purchased a set of valves for the new phono a set of JJ ecc83S and a 5751 with matched triodes? From Banzai music in Germany

Not thinking I hit the buy button and after looking at the receipt I noticed that they are vat free but as the order value is under 50 euro so don’t know if I will get stung for this the order is still in progress as I type this. Just too quick to press the buy button anyone knows how the EU. Works with the UK on this now

So now I have had no response Back from Banzai music in Germany After getting the invoice status processing at the point of the order on the 7th now 8 days ago I have emailed them twice and had Zero replies
As for my payment method I went through PayPal on my credit card so I am now getting concerned about this can I stop this order as I now just want to reorder the valves here from a UK company like I should have done in the first place

Give them time Colin, I think PayPal will help, but you do need to give them more time, also you Credit card bank should help if you hear nothing, if it was a Debit card, you may be in the ****. I use Hot-rox near Richard, very good and quick. Bob

Yes it was all put through papal with Credit card
I did contact PayPal today regarding this as I felt that
Banzai music had long enough and should have at least had the curtsey to sent me an email to update me on the progress

When I emailed them and still got no reply that gets my back up they also state on the site two/three days for shipping
PayPal has opened a dispute and said I would get the good or a refund and gave me a curtsey £50.00 voucher as well on top of the goods or refund so score
PS Does Hot-rox match their small single valve triodes?

Good to hear Colin, and someone posted on here a long time ago "PayPal should be shut down" Hot Rox were recommended to me by our Richard, I have had 4 KT88 JJ tubes match to perfection and 3 ECC83 JJ matched but, I did not ask them to match the ECC83, bloody good service, recommend them. Bob

Thanks for the update on hot rox I wondered if they matched them as they don’t seem to give you that option at check out whereas the Watford Valve Company do give you this option but at an extra cost it seems but I will go with hot rox as it has been recommended by yourself and Richard.

Could not recommend Watford valves, I had a bad do with them some time back, got four KT88's and one was cracked upon arrival, I contacted them and they said as such, it's nothing to do with us . Bob

Yes I seem to remember you saying that before Bob I am beginning to develop distrust with some of the companies online that fail to communicate with you It doesn’t take much to drop an email out to keep you in the loop of progress
Anyways I reordered with hot rox and have in the post two JJ- 5751 plus two JJ-ecc803S with the PayPal voucher so only cost me £7.50 and I still get my refund happy days
But I will not be using Banzai music again shame as that did not have to happen that way HO WELL

Hi All
Well, I just received my valves from Hot Rox and am well happy with their service as I didn’t expect the valves to be triode matched without asking them for that and it seems the left/right triodes match very well as well as T.C for left/right not sure what it meant by T.C though can anyone explain what the T.C refers to thanks |Ho and well packed. see link below To see the image for the matching label
