Excellent service but be aware that they will not understate value of package so you are more likely to get charged duty and VAT.

I think any company would be foolish to understate the valve of a package, especially if they were asked to do so by the purchaser. I have never had a problem like this with them.

Ordered from them numerous times.

One minor problem when they underquoted me the shipping costs and wrote back to say that it would be more, I was a bit peaved as it was an expensive order and felt this was their issue since I had asked for a "quote" and the accepted said "quote" before they wrote back with error. Perhaps I'm being fussy.

Having said that always good stock, parts arrive as requested etc.

Still remain my first choice for exotic caps, wire and resitiors etc and the odd valve.

cheers,

-- Andrew

Never had a problem; a great range of parts at good prices. Communication is excellent and delivery quick. I've never been troubled by the tax men.

They will try to source components at values not listed in their catalogue.

It's worth noting that they have a 15% discount on electrolytic caps, including Blackgates and also EH 300B goldgrids at £69 a matched pair until the end of the month. http://www.partsconnexion.com/

Best wishes,

Greg

I don't have any problems with them at all. I've exchanged 4 emails with them today about an order.
