DHL Don't do next day

HI All
Well whose to blame here I yesterday afternoon I ordered a free sat box from maplin on-line I also paid them for next day delivery by 10.30am well still waiting for the box to arrive at 12pm contacting maplin who phone me back later with an apology and said that DHL don’t do next day to Aberdeen but didn’t know why ??? So who’s to blame when I order stuff I really don’t need this kind of **** even the tracking numbers don't work

Well still haven't got my order from maplin as promised today for 10.30am complaining to customer serves again a wast of time thay promised to phone me back with new ETA from DHL for today but haven't dun so has anyone else had this problem with maplin

Hi Colin-it's because you are so far North !

Blimey-DTB thinks Yorkshire is North,so he probably thinks Aberdeen is inside the Arctic circle.

It is **** poor that Maplins were unable to tell you if,or when DHL would deliver.Make a fuss and DEMAND compensation. !!!

Well in the middle of winter Aberdeen feels like it is inside the Arctic circle so DTB map reading skills would be spot on he,s right
Yes maplin offered me back the shipping charge in the form of a credit note or pay it back to my card??
