The WD25T's used for Saturday listening. Notice their close placement to the wall and the exceptional measures we had to go to to sound-damp the room. At the time, running with Chord speaker cable.

It wasn't sound damping the room, Greg, it was shutting up the resonant gap caused by the doors. (Anything between the speakers has a dramatic effect on performance. That's not to say you can't have something between the speakers, like a table or so forth, but anything large or hollow will have an effect.)
