Default Blame passed on too suppliers

Hi All
Well if you’re ever thinking of using this company Audio affair http://audioaffair.co.uk/ my advice would be don’t bother I ordered some vinyl cleaning fluid and a VPI Typhoon Record Cleaning Brush
They clams most items will be ship within 24-48 hours I week later I had no contact from them finely got contact only to be told that there are waiting for suppliers to send more stock it would be two more weeks the two weeks pass and still nothing over a month now still waiting just to be told the same excuses again so have canceled the order I really don’t think its right I have to do the chasing after a company that I have already paid for the goods

I hope you didn't get charged... or got your money back.

The last time I had this problem the company went into receivership and took my money with them!

I eventually got my money back from my bank... but it took months.

I paid nearly £300, and it WAS a bloody problem!

It was a Tecchy 1210 I ordered from 'Empire Direct'.... anyway, I got reimbursed so it shouldn't be a problem... But! For some reason I can't look at the damn things without feeling just a little bit bitter!

Grrr....
