Default PSU2 Phono issue

I having an issue with the output of my PSU2 to my Phono 2 - no issues with the output of the PSU2 to the Pre - as I am getting 340v dc (no load) and should, according to the Phono 2 instructions, be putting out 250v (under load).

I've lost the PSU2 build instructions so I don't know the location of the measurement points however both of the heater voltages - Pre and Phono - are fine, it's just the hv line out to the Phono.

I measured the mains at 230v here in Northern Ireland.

Can anyone help?

Hello Duncan, dont panic, it seems OK, you should have, with nothing conected about 345volts DC at the output to phono, and about 110volts DC at the pre output. With both phono and pre conected the voltage should be 250 and 106. hope this helps you .BOB

Thumbs up Re: PSU2 Phono issue

Thanks

So I'm guessing the problem is the Phono - silence (no output) - rather than the PSU2 and I have the build instructions et al for that so more digging required!

Again, thanks for your help :thumbsup
