Default PM Abuse ?

Hi-i have had a PM from drew peacock advising me of his new hi-fi forum.

Has he abused his membership of this forum by sending a PM to all the regulars ?

He is shown as a 0 poster,so seems to be using the PM system for free advertising !

Or should i just "chill" and not worry about it ?

There's a real live living person where I work with the same surname mentioned above, his first name is Chris. Now following Greg's example we get?............

Not a wind up. He really does exist, and is referred to exactly as you might think!!!

Philip

Hi there

Going by that name, it is one of the common pseudonyms for user Rudolph Hucker (equally as clever punny name ) who has been banned on numerous forums (more or less every one) and has now resorted to opening his own forum.

This spamming for new members has resulted in a number of forums changing their rules regarding new member access to PM facility.

Sad to see he has found his way here as well

Edit: Not sure why this showes as my first post? I am sure I have posted before although not for a while - certainly read a lot here anyway.
